Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. The payment card information is not available to our system for a single moment.”
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Multiactiv is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.

Statement of Conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Delivery of goods and possible restrictions
Shipments are delivered by the independent AKS-EXPRESS courier service and are only possible on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery costs for purchase orders whose amount is less than 2,000.00 rsd. are charged additionally and amount to 300 rsd. If the value of the ordered items is greater than 2,000 rsd, delivery is free. You pay the shipping costs together with the products, so when you pick up the shipment, you only need to sign the receipt. The estimated time for which the shipment will be delivered to you is 1 to 3 working days from the day of the confirmed order. The courier service delivers shipments between 08:00 and 18:00. on weekdays and Saturdays. The employees of our company will do their best to pack and ship the shipments within 24 hours from the moment of ordering, excluding weekends. When we send the package, you will automatically receive an SMS or e-mail message with the shipment code from the AKS-EXPRESS courier service so that you can track the package’s progress. Before the courier delivers the package, he will call you to arrange the delivery. If you ordered the goods by cash on delivery, you pay for them on the spot upon receipt of the package. When delivering the goods, the Customer will be given a copy of the retail invoice, which at the same time represents a contractual document.
The customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Rulebook on the procedure and method of resolving customer complaints about goods. The buyer is obliged to check the content and condition of the product after receiving the shipment. For products purchased through the website www.multiactiv.rs, the Customer can submit a complaint within 8 days from the day of receiving the goods.

Employees of the online service www.multiactiv.rs are trained to resolve complaints and act according to established Rules and Instructions issued by the business entity. An essential assumption and condition for resolving the complaint is the complete exchange of information with the customer and the existence of the issued invoice and the original packaging of the goods that are subject to complaints. The buyer is obliged to save and deliver the invoice and any packaging.
Preliminarily, objections to the delivery of goods that were not ordered, or were delivered in a significantly different quantity than ordered, goods that have been damaged during transport, goods with an expired shelf life, etc., can be considered as a justified complaint. Other objections must be considered separately. Any complaint must be explained by the seller. Complaints will be accepted only within the framework of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Claims for damage during transport
When delivering the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the order, compare the received goods with the invoice, and if something is missing, immediately notify the courier. It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transit, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. If you notice such damage, do not sign for receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the data on the invoice are not correct, please call us at 021/848606 or send an e-mail no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment. with your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and describe what kind of problem you have. In the shortest possible time, we will respond to the consumer’s reported complaint and inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 15 days from the moment it is reported.
In case of exchange, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods in the original packaging, without damage and traces of use. Otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to make a replacement. Products that you have opened and are correct cannot be returned, exchanged for another product or money. The customer can submit his complaint request for products purchased through the website www.multiactiv.rs via email to the address email@example.com. The mandatory part of the complaint request is the order number (the number you received in the email message when confirming the purchase) and account number on which the transaction was made. The seller will respond to the submitted request in accordance with the legally defined deadlines. If the complaint is resolved in favor of the Buyer, and in the case of impossibility of delivery of other, replacement goods, the Seller will reimburse the cost of refund, in the value of the goods for which the complaint was accepted.
